Sure, it was a mistake, but is there a way to create a SMPP server (Using SMPPBox or not) which connects to my GUI app and therefore connects to kannel that is already connected to both SMSCs?

Smppbox is connected to bearerbox via MSG, not bearerbox to smppbox via SMPP. Of course bearerbox could connect to smppbox as SMPP client (ESME) but that wouldn't do what you want.
