Hi,

Not all operators provides dlr to phones.

You can try the following:

Put your sim into a phone.
Config it so it request confirmation when sending an sms.
send an sms to another phone.
If you do get a message back saying that the message was delivered;
then your provider provides dlr else it didn't, so there is nothing
you can do other that talk to them to see if there is a way for them
to provide you dlrs.
