Hi, Can you make a small test, by turning off you mobile and send a message to it while it's still turned off, and check the logs to see if your smsc will send you type<2> dlr. Then turn on your mobile and check the logs for type<1> dlr.
I think your smsc replies with failed instead of buffered dlrs.
