Perhaps it's a nulterminated?

Length is 51 counting the \0, try with nulterminated and 50.

Hope it helps,

Alex

Thanks Nikos,

Ok, now I have this:

2010-10-31 01:08:15 [28096] [6] WARNING: SMPP: Unknown
TLV(0x1422,0x0033,546861696c616e6420202020202020202020202020202020202020202020202020202020202020202020202$
2010-10-31 01:08:15 [28096] [6] DEBUG: Optional parameter tag (0x1423)
2010-10-31 01:08:15 [28096] [6] DEBUG: Optional parameter length read as 3

I know the TLV Tag/Hex, decimal, type from the smsc docs, but they dont
supply length.

I have asked them about it and they say we dont need it?? Does anyone know
what I should put?

Should i put what kannel is outputting? EG: Optional parameter length read
as *3* ( Is this line telling me what the length is in the TLV settings??)

Note, that the info they send can be like:

Telstra Corp.
Optus

So the info is varied in lengths..

Regards,
James
