I am new to Kannel. I have bought http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10164 (the evaluation board USB) and http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10138 (GSM module). I am trying to send/receive SMS and from hyper-terminal this device responds to the AT commands properly. But when I plug this as smsc to kannel as a modem, it does not respond to the AT commands. The kannel keeps sending AT commands and the device does not reply.
