hi, i can understand that it is not be issue of kannel, but just asking for suggestion.
My kannel dlr storage is Mysql. i have a script running which check the DLR every now and then. some times my script receives following error Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '=' and the following query is causing this error. SELECT `dlr_id` FROM `mdlr` WHERE ts='8df44168-c38f-49c4-979c-8a4f02abda11' and destination='+X <%2B923008580048>XXXXXXXXX' and source='on兵ee' and service='ALI' and url='8df44168' and mask='19' and boxc='ALI-B'; Can anyone advise me what should i do.
