After alot of testing I found a way to append UDH to message_payload. You have to send the value as "message_payload%3D%05%03%01%03%01Ok%20this%20is%20test%20message%20", where the UDH part is "%05%03%01%03%01". But now there is another problem, I have to send '00' as well in the UDH, Kannel doesn't treat 00 as part of the UDH instead doesn't process any thing after the '00'. Any idea how to tell Kannel to treat 00 as part of the UDH as well. I have tried variations like %00%, %0%, %0x0% but no use.

The operator wants to send the multi-part message in message_payload TLV. I have successfully configured this, but they also need the UDH to be appended to the beginning of the content of message_payload, like '0500030103014f6b20717569742070420736874 with 'udh in bold'. I have done lot of search on web but didn't found any solution. Any suggestions how to achieve it? Also appending '&udh=%05%00%03%01%03%01' in the URL won't do the trick. Thanks
