As promised, I asked the LISPers for a "mobile" EID allocation for you,
and I will send the the configuration file with all the settings in a
separate email (it contains your password, so it shouldn't go to this
mailing list). Let me know if this works better for you.

Just to check, you do have a non-NATed, non-firewalled IP address to be
used as RLOC on the test system, right?
