Splitting up your prefix should be possible, since the Map-Servers are
configured to allow that.  Not sure why you get incorrect Map-Replies in
the looking glass.

I can't see any node registering your prefix right now, so I can't
check.  If you don't mind, try connecting to our #lispmob channel on the
Freenode IRC network, and if I'm around we can try debugging the issue
in real time together.
