I just wanted to add that the structure to add static map cache entries
in the configuration file is:
static-map-cache {
eid-prefix = 10.16.10.0/24
rloc = 128.223.156.134
priority = 1
weight = 100
} Static map cache entries has the limitation of one rloc per EID
