Hello Yu-Hyun,
If you want to have a full scenario working with a mapping system, then
you need a valid password in order to register your preallocated EID in
the mapping system. You have two possibilities here: we can provide you
a single EID or a small EID prefix (depending on your scenario) in the
lisp beta network <http://www.lisp4.net/beta-network/> or you can use a
local testbed. If you choose the local testbed you will have to have at
least one map server / map resolver which can be LISPmob or any other
equipment supporting these functionalities. Let me know if you want to
use beta network for your experiments explaining your scenario.
Regarding the second part, have you used the mask in eid-prefix of
database-mapping? (/32 or /128 if you are configuring an IP for MN). If
you already used the mask then it will be better if you could send us
the log files at level 2 and routing information (ip route, ip rule).
Finally I would like to encourage you to use the mailing lists as these
topics could be useful for other users.
Best regards
Albert

Hello i'm trying to run lispmob on my ubuntu virtual machine and
having problem with it.
i have configured my lispd.conf for MN mode and xtr mode, and i think
my situation is similar to this case
https://mail.lispmob.org/pipermail/users/2013-February/000035.html.
(lisptun0 receives no packet. no map-reply or map-notify). You can see
my configuration here : blog.naver.com/shuj1234/220556803605
The differences between my configuration and that one are (1)i wrote
my ip address in database-mapping eid-prefix, (2)i put arbitrary
string at map-server pass.
My question : 1. Do i need to know specific value to fill out 'pass'
field of map-server section?
2.requesting a beta network eid allocation. Is it necessary to use
lispmob and to fill out EID-prefix field of database-mapping section?
Thank you.
