RDE manages to determine two standby controllers every now and then. With a 1s delay between the start of controller 1 and 2 the problem seems to disappear.
Isn't this an RDE protocol issue? What is worse, can it happen in a real system? I have also seen an extra reboot when the roles gets swapped, i.e. controller 1 is standby and controller 2 active. The problems are seen in 1.0-2 with the UML patches applied.
