numMaxInstantiate
maxAmStartRetries
are optional in the configuration. This means that a reasonable default
value is needed. Definitively not zero.
SAI-Overview-B.02.01 specifies:
> saAmfCompNumMaxInstantiateWithoutDelay : SaUint32T [0..1] = 2{CONFIG,
> WRITABLE}
and
> saAmfCompNumMaxAmStartAttempt : SaUint32T [0..1] = 2{CONFIG, WRITABLE}
I guess the default value is there to ease configuration. I have spent
enough time on misconfiguration...
