There were multiple instances of AppConfig.xsd & NCSConfig.xsd during
1.2 release & one of them was incorrect.
So from 1.3 onwards, AppConfig.xsd & AppConfig.xml are placed in
opensaf/samples/avsv/ directory alone.
The motive is, If users wish to run their applications or the avsv demo,
they shall copy these to /etc/opt/opensaf and modify the AppConfig.xml
accordingly.
