Thanks，it's ok after rebuild net-snmp with the followed option.
I think it should need --without-openssl option when building net-snmp.

I guess the net-snmp libraries on your machine is looking for openssl
libraries.
If you have downloaded net-snmp rpms then mostly these have rpms are
pre-built with dependencies on openssl, perl, etc., so you need to have
them installed on your machine to resolve this problem.
Alternatively, if you can download net-snmp source and configure with the
following options you should get away with these.
i.e. use the following command for configuring net-snmp:
./configure --prefix=/usr --without-openssl --disable-embedded-perl
--without-perl-modules --without-rpm
make install.
And then rebuild opensaf after doing the above step.

I builded and installed the opensaf as the document described.But i can't
run opensaf controler, it outputs following content. And i find file
/var/opt/opensaf/nidlog/NID_SUBAGT.log,which contained following contents:
