Subject: [Users] [openSAF 1.5] PayLoad StartUp : PCAP Not
initializing.

        Hi all:
I am using FC6 for the setup.

Controller loads and stays up. However when I try to start the
PAYLOAD , I see it stuck at
"PCAP Services are not starting"... I am having the default
installation from rpm.

There is an issue around futex..
Is there any other configuration we need to do which is missing
in INSTALL

        If we trace we see

        From /var/log/messages...
