Hi,

this one is rather interesting. I tried reproducing your case (using the 
same directory layout), but without success.
What webserver software are you using ? IIS or apache?
And can you try updating your PHP and see if the problem persists (this 
looks very much like a libxml bug, since the x:includes which triggers 
this error include data from the same file, which shouldn't even care 
about the path of the file)
