I am running the latest AlmaLinux 9 on a Raspberry Pi 3/4 computer. I want to
communication with a Bluetooth device that uses the serial communication (SPP)
profile.

Using bluetoothctl I see the device, and I pair with it.

However, I can not establish the serial link, i.e. I don’t have a /dev/rfcomm0
device to communicate.

In other Linux distributions there exists the rfcomm command to connect to a
Bluetooth serial device, but in AlmaLinux 9 this is not available.

How can I establish a serial link over Bluetooth, then? The rfcomm kernel is
present in AlmaLinux 9.

Thanks,
mb
