Hi Jim,
I could not for anything program a friend's Baofeng with the Chirp next in
my windows 10.
So I booted up the windows 7 I have in a VM with an old Chirp in it, and it
programmed like a dream.

Whether you use the new chirpmyradio.com domain or the original
chirp.danplanet.com domain, your browser lands on exactly the same pages.

If you intend to program a Baofeng model, I do not recommend using classic
CHIRP to do it. Either find a pc running a supported OS or create a flash
drive with a live Linux that you can boot up on and install CHIRP-next.
