Unfortunately I don't have that information. I've just seen the model
numbers mentioned in various threads, but no details of brand nor
confirmation that any equivalent/alternative actually works....if I could
even select one.

My speculation:

UV-15R - This looks very much like other Baofeng product numbers, but I've
not seen it listed anywhere.
GMR-15S
GM-898 - Could be Beofeng, or could be Radioddity
GM-15X - Could be Beofeng, or could be Radioddity
TH-15S
AI-15X
AT-15UV
G-15UV
GM-30 - Could be Beofeng, or could be Radioddity
TD-H5 -Likely Tidradio

I was hoping some other users might recognise the product numbers and be
able to point me in the right direction.
