Hi Chris, Assuming that you don't have a programming cable issue, Retevis may have changed the string of text that CHIRP needs to "see" in order to identify that you are trying to program the correct radio for the model that was selected. You should open a ticket and include the debug.log file after opening CHIRP and causing the error.
