UV-5RIII (use Radioddity UV-5RX3)

The rule of thumb for most UV-5R like radios is...

Baofeng
2 bands, 2 TX power levels: Baofeng / UV-5R
2 bands, 3 TX power levels: Baofeng / BF-F8HP
3 bands, 2 TX power levels: Radioddity / UV-5RX3   <-- choose this

Baofeng Tech (aka BTech)
3 bands, 2 TX power levels: BTECH / UV-5X3
