[users] TIDRadio H8 Generation 3

I recently picked up a new TIDRadio H8, generation 3. I can't make Chirp work, 
though it handles my FT-70. I understand this radio may not yet be supported. 
The model list has the TIDRadio H8 on it but does not distinguish generations 
and I have seen others (in Reddit etc) indicate that this generation is 
considerably different from earlier generations.
 
Has anyone had any luck with Chirp and this generation H8? Do we need to make a 
new radio request?
