1. Highlight the rows that you want to edit one or more common setting(s). In your case click on a row to highlight it and them type Ctrl-A to highlight them all. 2. Right-click one of the highlighted rows. 3. Choose "Properties" in the list of choices that appears. 4. Edit the common setting(s) as needed. 5. Click the [OK] to permanently make the changes to all of the highlighted rows.
