I am interested in the Ruby on Rails implementation. I was unable to find one. There are probably LAMP extensions or CMS that cater to hospital management. The important thing with Free Software projects is that you shouldn't re-invent the wheel. So, doing yet another LAMP implementation is a no-no for me. So, before anyone decides to do something, please post to the group and verify that there isn't a solution that already exists in the platform.
