Welcome to dgplug :)

Summer training is still few months away, but you can always start
early.

So the first thing you should start reading is about communication. Go
through the logs[1] and use the presentation at [2]. The next read is
mailing list guidelines [3]. You will see why I am replying to you like
this (inline/below).

Next go through the presentation about working on projects[4].

At the same time you should learn how to use IRC, as we all stay online
using IRC. Our channel is #dgplug on irc.freenode.net server.
