As long as > you have a proper cable, it is hard to get it wrong. :) I suppose I have the proper cable because, as I said, there is a small cardboard saying that "The four-holes black header goes to the internal S/PDIF-Out header on the motherboard. I will remove the video card to check if polarity is indicated.
