The last version of Adobe Flash Player that will work on Firefox for
Linux is 11.2. Security updates will be provided until 2017. The major
and minor version numbers have not changed for the Linux plugin since
2012. Since work continues on the Windows and OS X versions of Flash,
the version numbers are much higher (currently at 20). It is poor
practice in my opinion to blacklist/whitelist browser and plugin
versions. It only causes trouble down the road.

The best solution if Flash Player is a necessity to you is to install
Google Chrome or Chromium with the Pepper Flash plugin.

IMO, the best solution is to contact this site's admin and tell them their site is broken and that they should take it off-line.
