Even if booted from live DVD, you can
1. Mount the installed linux partition on say /linux (assuming you make
the dir) while booted from live DVD.
2. download the driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-346.59.run and save it in
/linux/root (for example)
3. chroot /linux
4. execute the driver NVIDIA-Linux-x86-346.59.run

It will install and then you can reboot into your installed linux.

pls. let us know if this works.

If I'm understanding his emails correctly, he doesn't have Fedora installed yet. He can't run the installer, that's why he's on the live DVD in text mode.
