Do you get the camera's webpage when you go to...

http://192.168.1.153:88/  ?   Note that is "http" and not "rtsp".    (Is the IP 
still
192.168.1.153 ?)

Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) is for the Video/Audio of the camera and 
port 554
while access to the admin setting is probably via the camera's built-in web 
interface on
port 88.   (I'm not reading the manual at Zero Dark 4:30  :-)  )
