If you cannot disable the NV chip in the BIOS/firmware then you have a couple of options ... By default PRIME *should* be working ... are you certain the NV chip is powered and drawing power? Check /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch (just cat it) and see if the chip is already marked OFF (this requires nouveau to be loaded as a driver IIRC so remove your blacklist). https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/v4.10/gpu/vga-switcheroo.html If that already shows it off then you don't need to do anything else as Intel will be default.
