My system usually lasts for several hours on battery. That would probably
mean the battery is fine. I have no way to tell if my system is checking
whether the battery is sufficient to stay suspended. There's enough battery
for it be able to suspend.

I have tried both systemctl suspend and KDE's power menu to suspend.
