Currently I have GDM providing the logon screen, for when I use the MATE desktop. Is it possible to get it to show the user face pictures, without having to make user directories world executable?
Surely there's some way for user profile pictures to be put in some outside directory (not ~/username/), and have them read from there. -- Boilerplate: All mail to my mailbox is automatically deleted.
