Yes, for some reason, the driver for this chip does not seem to be part of the official kernel. I build the driver from the source here <https://github.com/endlessm/linux/tree/master/drivers/net/wireless/rtl8821ce> Arch Linux has an AUR package which is supposed to build with DKMS.
