You'll have to get it from Google:
https://www.google.com/chrome/

Click the download button, choose the RPM option, it'll set up a repo
for Chrome, and it downloads from there.

Afterwards, whenever you do a dnf update (or use a GUI tool), your
system will check for Chrome updates along with everything else on your
system.
