I was unable to play an mp4 file I have on my system with Fedora supplied
Chromium.

I then installed chromium-libs-media-freeworld and  chromium-vaapi from
RPMFusion.

This resulted in the downgrade of chromimum to chromium-77.0.3865.

Now, I can play the mp4 file.
