He did indicate CentOS 6

FWIW, I just installed CentOS 6.10 in a VM.  I then connected my USB Bluetooth 
dongle.

Bus 002 Device 004: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle 
(HCI mode)

And it was detected and working as expected.

This was a DVD install and no updates were performed.
