i am actually a retired engineer. i got parkinsons which rendered me
noncompetitive in the modern market.

my *nix career in late 70's took me from basic/c programmer/sysadmin, and a
lot of other roles
for companies including hp, M$, SCO, intel, brocade, and so on.

given your list of topics, looks like my time at CarrierIQ might be most
inline with your goals.

yapping about,...

devops was a favorite role of mine, it covers about 90% of your listed
