If Zoom is not a requirement (only video appointment) you can use Jitsi
Meet from browser.

You can create Meetings in: https://meet.jit.si/ Use a random Meet name
to avoid anyone "guess" and joins it, something like
My97fkVery(6=)PrivateMeet5&^._    :-)
