openssh-ldap is not installed by default on Fedora 32, and isn't found
at all in the Fedora 33 packaging. And it has been deprecated.

I don't know if there's some packaging bug that should fix this, so it
can just be removed on upgrade. It shouldn't require skip-broken in my
opinion.

Anyway, for a fix/workaround you can just remove it. Then proceed with
the upgrade.

Pretty sure this is orphaned. So you can just remove it.
