A colleague suffered with retinal degeneration that made it impossible to
quickly filter out irrelevant/unwanted hits.   Google needs to provide a
better way to distinguish ads from substance.

If you use Google enough, and don't click on ads, it gets better.   I
rarely search
for anything non-technical, and get very different results from the same
search
done by others.   Every one and while a search does trigger dozens of ad
hits
before it comes up with something useful to me.
