Each package which is NOT essential for booting the system. Some of those important but not essential packages are: - passwd - openssh - sudo - dirmngr - file and many more... These packages are very important but they are not essential! I mean the linux kernel can booting up without them. So, I need the minimum (Read it: Just essential) packages which must have to bring up a Fedora system.
