Hello Ed,

This is odd indeed.

Samuel has already explained why this is so...

Anyways, the output of the two commands, of which i understand nothing is,

[francisco@blueblink ~]$ sudo grub2-editenv list
saved_entry=133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-5.10.19-200.fc33.x86_64
menu_auto_hide=1
boot_success=1
boot_indeterminate=0
[francisco@blueblink ~]$

[francisco@blueblink ~]$ sudo ls /boot/loader/entries/
133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-0-rescue.conf
133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-5.10.19-200.fc33.x86_64.conf
133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-5.10.20-200.fc33.x86_64.conf
133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-5.8.15-301.fc33.x86_64.conf
[francisco@blueblink ~]$

And, i don't believe secure boot is present on macs, I've never seen it at
least.

OK....

You can fix it, and boot into 5.10.20-200 by using the following command

sudo grub2-editenv - set
"saved_entry=133a2487cda040dbbe9609f0ab827def-5.10.20-200.fc33.x86"

and rebooting.
