If you wish it fixed, move the tablet up alongside screen #3 with bottoms flush. Then your untouchable space will be limited to space above the top of the tablet. Alternatively, relocate the leftmost screen over or under screen #2. Hopefully, the screenshots I uploaded can help with understanding, if help is needed. Their individual life expectancies are a week each. Included in each is an arandr window that depicts the logical screen placements.
