I'm trying to set up WOL for my desktop. I've enabled the feature in BIOS and set my router config to send magic packets on the wired connection, but clearly there's something else I need to do. Wakeup does work from the front panel button on the case, but nothing happens when I try it over the LAN.
The man page for ethertool has a number of entries for setting WOL, but nothing I can see for checking it.
