Finally I have successfully booted a kernel > 6.5.12-300.fc39.x86_64 on Fedora. 
 Thanks to all who have helped and provided things to try.  I added nomodeset 
to line, I guess I will have to add it to grub and make it permanent so I do 
not have problems.
