There is no such Linux app for EERO. Some Android or iOS virtualization
would be necessary.

The EERO app does not provide any APIs for third party communication.
Just to provide the context: I am controlling my rather extensive Wi-Fi
mesh system from iPad using the aforementioned EERO app. Unfortunately my
iPad developed a weird problem that somehow restricts the app usefulness.
Certain functions of the app stopped working completely and the only way
out is a reboot of the iPad. However, shortly after the reboot, all
problems come back and the app becomes unusable again. After long
conversation with EERO support we determined that the problem lies with the
iPad. Any other iOS or Android device on my network can run the EERO app
normally. Even the iPad in question can run the app if connected via cell
network and not Wi-Fi.
I configured an old Android tablet to run the app but I would rather run it
from my main Linux machine. That's all.
