Hi all,
I have a virtual machine (KVM/Qemu) on a Fedora host, that uses an internet
device by using the passthrough option. However after upgrading from kernel
6.10.12-200.fc40.x86_64 to 6.11.3-200.fc40.x86_64, The virtual machine
refuses to run, telling me that I have to check the IOMMU option fopr all
devices. I checked that /boot/grub2/grub.cfg still contains the
intel_iommu=on on the kernel startup. Rebooting the machine into the 6.10.12
kernel made the virtual machine start as normal.
Is there a configuration option that I missed? Or does anyone know a way
around? Or is it just a bug in the new kernel?
regards
Jouk
