I would be very surprised if the upgrade touches the MOK at all. For me the key survived the f39 to f40 upgrade. Did you upgrade your BIOS firmware at around the time of the f39-f40 upgrade? I hear reports that BIOS upgrades do mess up TPM and keys. Barry
