If it was here I'd keep trying until all paths lead nowhere. You could try
repeating as suggested, with --skip-broken. If that didn't work, I'd check if 
all
those several listed packages are currently installed in more than one version,
and for each with 39 plus another, I'd rpm -e --nodeps the 39 version, then try
upgrade again. I'd also hunt down any others installed in multiple versions and
purge them. Of course, that's just me. I don't like to give up if there's any
shred of hope remaining, unless my head hurts too bad from too much banging
against a brick wall. :p
